| 4 | “Goods” means the thing or things in respect of which the Moving Services are to be provided, excluding coins, cash, banknotes, checks, money orders, postal orders, national savings certificates, premium bonds, travel tickets, passports, securities, manuscripts or documents of any description, jewelry, perishable goods, hazardous materials such as crackers, explosives, chemicals, filled gas cylinders, battery acids, flammable oils; such as diesel, gasoline, kerosene, gasoline, drugs and contraband and other similar items. |
| 5 | With regard to handyman services: The Company is not responsible for the dismantling or reassembly of chipboard furniture, special furniture, air conditioners. Customers are advised to arrange in advance for the use of handymen for all such materials. |
| 6 | To change vehicles: (a) A copy of all relevant documents must be provided and it must be in the name of the successor or permission from the company to move under a different name. (b) Vehicles must have approx. 10-15 liters of fuel for entry and exit from the place of loading and unloading. (c) Two-wheelers: Please empty the fuel tank/oil completely to avoid spillage/leakage during transport. |
| 7 | The Services are provided during the Company’s normal business hours, i.e. from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. from Monday to Saturday and from 8:00 to 16:00 on Sunday, except public holidays. However, we provide packers and movers in Nagpur 24 hours a day. |
| 8 | Any proposal or estimate submitted by the Company for the provision of the Services shall be open for acceptance within 15 days of its submission and thereafter shall be deemed withdrawn. |
| 9 | Once accepted, the offer and all the conditions contained therein become binding. The Company, with the exception of the Client, decides how the Services will be provided and may change its decision from time to time only by mutual agreement and for an appropriate fee. |
| 10 | If the Customer terminates the contract, the confirmation deposit or confirmation advance is canceled and not returned. |
